Happy New Year, everyone! I hope 2012 is healthy and happy for you and your families! The fall got a little busy and I wasn’t able to post previews of all of the sessions, but as of yesterday, the site is updated with some of my new favorites… check out the home page, the top of this page, or the gallery pages for some new additions of my latest work! And a big thank you to all of the families who let me bottle up a slice of their life in 2011! Here’s to a great 2012! Cheers! I was sooo looking forward to this newborn session for my college friends’ new little girl (see their maternity session here). She was so beautiful and sweet. And as part of the session, I got to have some delicious homemade gumbo! This Louisiana girl can’t think of many things that can top sweet babies and good gumbo! :)
          These four kids were such a fun group for a recent Christmas mini-session! They were full of energy and gave me some great smiles! Here are a few of my favorites:
      I recently was invited to take pictures at a friend’s party. I had never done event photography before so I was a little nervous, but things turned out even better than I could have planned. These adorable kids made for some very fun pictures right before Halloween! Check ‘em out!
      I had a great time with this family and their adorable just-turned-one little girl! Mom and Dad said she was shy around strangers, but she did an awesome job and even gave me a couple of to-die-for smiles. :) At the end of the shoot, we continued the 1st birthday celebration with a little bit of cupcake-eating. Yum, yum!
